Embark Studios has announced the Fourth Expedition in ARC Raiders — and with it a noticeable rework of the reward system. The core idea: move away from skill points toward more practical bonuses that are more useful on a fresh start after the wipe.
Skill points → tokens and blueprints
Extra skill points used to be the main draw of Expeditions. But players hit the ceiling of the skill tree, and that reward lost its appeal. Now, instead of points, you get:
- Raider Tokens — 150 for each of the 5 Expedition rewards, for 750 tokens total to spend on cosmetics in the shop;
- blueprints — one random per reward, drawn from a curated list of high-end items.
The logic is simple: when progress resets, early-game tools and crafting matter more than skill points you have nowhere left to spend.
The new Zenith Outfit
Completing the fourth Expedition grants the first level of the new Zenith Outfit — a balaclava-clad look the press described as “sleek and dangerous.” It’s the season’s anchor cosmetic reward: a reason to see the Expedition through to the end.
Why it matters after the wipe
A fresh start in an extraction shooter is the juiciest period: raids are full of newcomers and valuable loot, and the meta hasn’t settled. The new reward structure is built for exactly this moment — it hands out practical blueprints and tokens that speed up your return to form, not abstract points.
What it means for players running software
- Blueprints and loot are the Expedition’s real goal. Loot ESP and radar save hours of farming: you see valuable caches and items and can head to extraction without wasting time on empty spots.
- Information beats aggression. In extraction games, surviving and extracting loot is often worth more than frags.
- Don’t rush after the patch. ARC Raiders is protected by Easy Anti-Cheat — let the developer confirm compatibility with the new build and check the status on the product card. An HWID spoofer won’t hurt either.
Proven ARC Raiders builds are in the catalog, for example Ancient for ARC Raiders. The full list is on the ARC Raiders cheats page.
Bottom line
The Fourth Expedition isn’t content for content’s sake — it’s tuning progression to a real player need: practical rewards instead of “dead” skill points, with a sleek Zenith at the finish. For players running software the timing is good — a fresh start, plenty of loot — and the rules are unchanged: wait out the first day after the update and check statuses.
