Why so many negative reviews?

Actually — there aren't that many. Negative reviews account for less than 0.5% of total sales. A satisfied customer rarely comes back to leave a review — they just use the product. But a dissatisfied one will always find the time to write. This is normal psychology: a negative experience motivates action far more than a positive one. So the ratio of reviews doesn't reflect the actual quality of the product — it reflects human nature.

It would be easy for me to edit, alter, or remove negative reviews, or write my own. But I see no point in that. We believe in free speech. And these reviews are extra motivation for me to keep improving.
