Rockstar Games kicked off a two-week racing festival in GTA Online — Motor Madness. Los Santos is covered in nitrous, engine roar and giveaways: from May 14 through May 20, quadruple rewards on Land Races, a free LS Car Meet membership, lottery cars in showrooms, and a podium vehicle at the Diamond Casino.
What’s inside the event
The program is split into two weeks, each with its own activities:
Week 1 (May 14–20)

Rockstar are promising “rare prizes for acquiring big-ticket rides” — meaning owners of limos, supercars and vintage classics get unique emblems and garage certificates.
How Motor Madness affects the cheat market
Event periods in GTA Online are always peak activity for money-method and mod-menu software. The logic is simple: players grind RP/GTA$ on x4-reward races, and software owners automate the process via AFK modes, auto-races and teleport methods.
If you’re using software, keep this in mind:
- Anti-cheat ramps up. In the first days of an event Rockstar typically tighten server-side rules: widening the range of “suspicious” RP gains, hardening teleport checks between checkpoints.
- Postpone money drops. Large GTA$ inflows in the first days of Motor Madness are a red flag. Wait 3–4 days after launch when the anti-cheat heat dies down.
