Current as of 2026-09-21. This guide follows the revised DESYNC documentation. Disabling Windows security features reduces the protection of your PC. Change only the listed settings, save your BitLocker recovery key first if encryption is enabled, and do not try to turn every checker row green: some checks are informational or optional.

System requirements

  • An official, updated 64-bit installation of Windows 10 or Windows 11.
  • An Intel or AMD processor and an NVIDIA or AMD graphics card.
  • UEFI boot mode. Legacy mode is not supported.
  • Secure Boot and hardware virtualization must be disabled.
  • RuntimePack, DirectX and Microsoft Visual C++ are required.

Prepare the PC

  1. Download DESYNC System Checker from the official site, run the diagnostics and keep the initial TXT report locally. The report contains PC identifiers, so do not post it publicly.
  2. If a third-party antivirus, FACEIT Anti-Cheat or Riot Vanguard is installed, remove it and restart the PC.
  3. Install any missing RuntimePack, DirectX and Microsoft Visual C++ components. The checker detects them but does not install them.
  4. In BIOS / UEFI, verify that UEFI is enabled while Secure Boot and hardware virtualization are disabled. If the PC currently uses Legacy mode, do not switch it blindly: contact our support first or Windows may stop booting.
  5. Under Windows protection settings, disable Hyper-V, BCD hypervisor launch, PUA, SmartScreen, real-time Defender protection and Smart App Control when available. Enable all three ASLR options: mandatory image relocation, randomize memory allocations and high entropy.
  6. For PUBG and EFT, keep the Windows taskbar at the bottom of the screen. The standalone SPOOFER does not require this.
  7. After the required restarts, run the diagnostics again and compare the result with the first report.

For an explanation of every setting, use the official DESYNC PC preparation page.

First loader launch

  1. Open the current official loader page and use its copy button to copy the command. The command may change, so do not reuse an old copy from a saved message.
  2. Press Win + R, enter powershell, press Enter, paste the complete command and approve the administrator prompt.
  3. Activate the subscription key once, close the loader completely and open it again with the same command.
  4. Select the product. If the program requests an initial preparation restart, reboot the PC, reopen the loader and continue.
The key is single-use. Do not enter an already used key again. If activation fails or the subscription must be transferred, use only our website contacts and include the order number and an error screenshot.

Launch Desync for Escape from Tarkov

  1. Open the loader and select EFT. Enable the built-in spoofer only when needed; it is off by default.
  2. Click “Launch cheat”.
  3. Open Escape from Tarkov and wait until you reach the lobby.
  4. Press F2 to inject, then press Home or Insert to open the menu.

Built-in spoofer and later sessions

The spoofer is included with an EFT subscription but is available there only when the cheat is launched. It stays active until the PC restarts. Trace cleaning is a separate option; “Use last configuration” repeats the previous spoofed identifiers and does not restore the original ones.

After the game closes or crashes, restart the PC, recheck the required settings and perform the full launch again. Do not reactivate the key. Start the spoofer again after every reboot.

If launch fails

Send our support the order number, exact error text and screenshot, the steps that led to it and a video when possible. If the loader opens, enable logging, restart it completely, reproduce the error and send the logs with the built-in button.
