Naraka: Bladepoint’s August 25 enforcement notice combines a weekly ban report with a newly introduced incentive for community reporting. The developers say 73 players were banned between August 17 and August 23, while ten people received rewards after submitting successful reports. The more important change is that validated reports now contribute to a structured reward program.
Reports now have progression attached
Players are being directed to Naraka: Bladepoint’s built-in reporting tool rather than external channels. According to the announcement, this allows the team to investigate suspected cheating sooner and record successful reports for the person who submitted them.
The reward structure includes several milestones:
- a reward after one successful report;
- another milestone after ten validated reports, provided the player maintains a low false-report rate;
- the Legendary Righteous Polearm spear skin for repeated successful reporting or a major contribution to anti-cheat efforts.
The ordinary reward items are not rendered correctly in the published text, so their exact names cannot be established from the announcement. The warning about inaccurate reports is clear, however: spamming the system is not presented as a valid way to progress.
The ban total has important limits
Seventy-three bans show that the enforcement pipeline was active during the stated week. They do not reveal which tools were detected, whether every case originated from a player report, or what evidence was used against individual players. The published names are also partially obscured.
The studio mentions the use of new anti-cheat technologies but provides no module name, deployment date, client version, or detection details. A reporting reward can affect enforcement even when there is no announced client update. More players now have a reason to submit focused reports, and only confirmed cases count toward their rewards. That may direct additional attention toward behavior that is obvious to opponents or spectators.
For third-party software users, automated detection is therefore only one part of the risk.
