Important: you need OBS 24.0.3. Remove newer builds.

Launch

  • Install OBS 24.0.3, run loader, key, select DayZ, START.
  • Wait for "Waiting for game", start DayZ (do not press F5 yet).
  • OBS as admin → Game capture → specific window → DayZ_x64.exe.
  • Focus the game window, in main menu press F5 once.

If asked to change display mode — cycle fullscreen / borderless / windowed, apply, F5 again.
