1.1. IVSOFTE.BIZ publishes informational cards and affiliate links to the goods of third-party sellers on the Plati.market platform and the Digiseller service. The purchase takes place on the platform’s side, and the party to the transaction is the seller, not IVSOFTE.BIZ.
2. No Affiliation with Rights Holders
2.1. IVSOFTE.BIZ is not affiliated with the developers, publishers, platforms, or services whose goods or brands may be mentioned. All trademarks, logos, and names belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.
3. Accuracy of Information
3.1. Product data (prices, availability, descriptions, images, reviews) comes from the platform’s API, may be cached, contain errors, or be outdated. Accurate and current information is on the product page on the platform’s side.
4. Quality and Legality of Goods
4.1. IVSOFTE.BIZ does not guarantee the quality, functionality, availability, regional applicability, or legality of partner goods. The seller who listed the product is responsible for these.
5. Affiliate Disclosure
5.1. Links in the section may be affiliate links: the Operator may receive compensation for referrals and purchases. This does not change the price for the Buyer.
6. User Responsibility
6.1. The User independently evaluates the product and the seller, complies with the laws applicable to them and the platform’s rules, and is responsible for their purchase decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for the actions of third-party sellers, the platform, or payment providers, nor for any direct or indirect losses related to the purchase of partner goods.
