Five The First Descendant events begin after its September 17, 2026 update, while Descendant’s Weekend starts separately on September 18 at 00:00 PDT. The headline attraction is a 28-login Gley reward track, while several shorter campaigns offer missions, research bonuses, and progression materials. The announcement contains no technical patch or anti-cheat details, so the event calendar and software compatibility should be treated as separate issues.
The 28-login Gley track
Eastern Mystic Gley runs from the end of the September 17 update until October 21 at 23:59 PDT. Progress is based on accumulated logins, with the daily reset taking place at 00:00 PDT. Items from this attendance track are delivered through in-game mail.
The more distinctive milestones are spread across the full track:
- one Crystallization Catalyst on logins 2, 13, and 20;
- Moon Viewing Ecive skin on login 7;
- Eastern Folklore back attachment on login 8;
- one-hour 30% boosts for Descendant EXP and Weapon Proficiency on login 10;
- Eastern Traditional Patterns A-TAMS weapon skin on login 14;
- one Trigger Module Selection Box H on login 15 and two more on login 18;
- 1,000,000 Gold on login 16;
- Moon Projector chest attachment on login 21;
- Bountiful Harvest Prayer UI theme on login 24;
- one Ultimate Alignment Device on login 25 and two more on login 27;
- Gley’s Eastern Mystic Box at the final step.
The event window leaves more calendar days than the 28 steps require, but players still need to account for the PDT reset rather than assuming their local midnight advances the track.
Three different cut-off dates
The remaining events do not all share Gley’s October 21 deadline. The first one to close is Karel’s Mothership: Phase Conquest Celebration Event, which ends September 30 at 23:59 PDT. Its rewards focus on Ancestors Modules and Transcendent Weapon support items. The visible opening steps include a Raven Ancestors Module Selection Box and a one-hour 30% Transcendent Weapon acquisition boost.
Four other activities occupy the middle of the calendar:
- Marksman’s Precision Strike Mission ends October 14 at 23:59 PDT.
- Descendant Rebalance: Luna & Lepic ends October 14 at 23:59 PDT.
- Accelerate Research Week ends October 14 at 23:59 PDT.
- Descendant’s Weekend runs from September 18 through October 11.
This makes the Mothership celebration the priority for anyone trying to avoid missing the shortest reward window. The Gley attendance track can then be advanced alongside the longer mission and research events.
Finding the event objectives
Players can open the event panel from ESC → Event. The same information is available through the Descendant Mission Board, either with its dedicated shortcut or by interacting with BB-On. That in-game panel is the useful place to verify objective progress; the announcement primarily establishes the schedule and reward structure.
What this means for players using software
Nothing in this event notice confirms an anti-cheat revision, new detection checks, changed offsets, or a driver update. It would therefore be inaccurate to claim that ESP, aim assistance, or overlays were definitely broken. At the same time, an update can replace client files even when the public post focuses entirely on events.
Before loading an existing build, check the software update status page and use the The First Descendant catalog for the current game version as the relevant starting point. If compatibility remains pending, postpone the software-assisted session rather than assuming that a working menu means its game-data access is still correct.
There is also no information here that justifies changing a HWID setup or adding a spoofer. The Luna and Lepic event listing provides no balance values, so it is too early to rebuild aim or recoil profiles based on that title alone.
