The announcement for THE FINALS update 11.10.0 was published on September 17 and highlights a focused World Tour change. Respec Order is back for its third run, giving Heavy and Light modified movement and health values alongside mode-specific weapon balancing. The rules are scheduled to remain available for two weeks.
A limited ruleset, not a universal rebalance
Respec Order 3.0 changes some of the assumptions players normally carry between matches. Heavy and Light do not use their familiar combination of speed and health within this ruleset, while selected weapons receive additional tuning.
The announcement does not provide the numerical values or identify the affected weapons. Instead, Embark points players toward a separate breakdown covering feedback and data from Respec Order 2.0 as well as the goals for the new version. Based on the patch announcement alone, there is no support for declaring a new strongest class or recommending a particular weapon.
Because these changes are presented as part of the returning mode, they should not automatically be treated as global balance adjustments. Aiming behavior, target priority and expected time to eliminate an opponent may feel different in Respec Order while remaining familiar elsewhere.
Settings may need a separate mode profile
Movement changes are particularly relevant to tracking assistance. Smoothing and prediction tuned around the normal pace of a Light or Heavy can undercorrect or overcorrect when the target follows different movement rules. A configuration that appears inconsistent in Respec Order may therefore be reacting to the mode rather than failing across the entire game.
Health adjustments create a similar issue for features that rely on fixed thresholds. An ESP overlay reading live game values should reflect the current state if it remains compatible, but hardcoded target-selection or damage assumptions deserve another test. Weapon profiles should also be checked individually. Since the notes omit names and values, changing every recoil preset in advance would be guesswork.
The Store addition is cosmetic
Update 11.10.0 also introduces the nautical Bosun Around Set. Nothing in the announcement connects this Store release to gameplay systems, so it has no stated effect on software configuration or client compatibility.
What this means for players using software
The patch notes do not mention an anti-cheat revision, new HWID measures or changes to enforcement. That means there is no factual basis here for replacing a spoofer or assuming a new detection wave. At the same time, any client update can potentially move offsets or invalidate signatures even when the public notes concentrate on gameplay.
Check the software update status page before starting a session, and avoid loading a build still marked outdated or unverified for 11.10.0. Once compatibility is confirmed, test health readings, target tracking and weapon profiles before restoring a more aggressive setup.
It also makes sense to keep a separate profile for Respec Order instead of overwriting settings that work in standard matches. The THE FINALS catalog for current builds is the relevant starting point, but a catalog listing is not a substitute for a compatibility confirmation. If unusual tracking appears only in this temporary mode, compare it against the altered Heavy and Light behavior before treating it as a software problem.
