Software launch process

Important: Run the software only from removable media (USB flash drive). Remove the loader from Downloads and other folders — it must stay on the flash drive only. After closing the loader menu, remove the flash drive from the PC or you risk an EAC ban.
  1. Download the loader using the link from your purchase email (or your order page). Connect a USB flash drive and copy the loader onto it. Fully exit the Steam client from the system tray (Steam icon → Exit), as in your email.
  2. Run the loader from the flash drive and wait for the loader menu. Repeat steps 1–2 before every launch. When you start Rust, the flash drive with the loader must be physically unplugged.
  3. Click Start and wait for loading. If you completed all of System preparation, the loader may prompt a reboot — click Yes. If something is missing, the loader will tell you.
  4. After reboot, install Overwolf from the official site.
  5. In Overwolf’s app library, find and install Arkbuddy, then launch it.
  6. Overwolf settings → Overlay & Hotkeys: disable the in-game overlay for Rust (guide screenshots may show another game — use Rust).
  7. In Arkbuddy, click Toggle Crosshair and confirm the crosshair appears.
  8. Run the loader again (steps 1–2), click Start. Wait until the loader menu closes. You should see Start the game and press F5 in game main menu — click OK. Follow loader messages; on errors contact support.

Launch Rust. In the main menu, press F5 until the product menu opens. The loader should confirm success and the cheat menu should appear. If not, contact support.

System preparation

  1. Virtualization enabled in BIOS (Intel VT-x / AMD-V). Video: how to enable. Check Task Manager (CPU → Virtualization enabled).
  2. Enable the Hyper-V Windows feature. Reboot when prompted. If the component is missing, use the developer’s batch file or contact support, then reboot again.
  3. System disk must be GPT, not MBR. How to check: guide. MBR requires reinstalling Windows with GPT.
  4. BIOS boot mode: UEFI. Enable UEFI mode.
  5. Secure Boot disabled in BIOS. Disable Secure Boot.

When all steps are done, proceed to launching the software. If you cannot complete a step, contact support.
