P2P Payment for Digital Goods

How P2P Payment Works

• on the payment page choose the P2P / “card-to-card” method, if available;
• follow the platform’s instructions — the details and amount are issued by the payment system itself;
• after the transfer is confirmed, the product is delivered automatically, just like with a regular payment;
• never transfer money directly “outside the platform” at anyone’s request — a deal outside the platform is not protected.

How to Receive Your Product

• right after payment the product arrives automatically — on the order page and to the email you provided;
• depending on the type it is a key, activation code, account login/password or a subscription activation link;
• the seller’s contacts and platform support are available there too, if you need help with activation.

Where to Find Your Purchases

• purchases paid via Oplata.info (Digiseller) are available at oplata.info;
• on the order page you can re-open the delivered product and instructions;
• keep the order number and the confirmation email.

Refunds and Disputes

Refunds and disputes for digital goods are handled by the platform and the seller. Details are in the document:
