Digital Goods Payment & Delivery
Digital goods (keys, subscriptions, accounts, activation codes) are sold by third-party sellers through the Plati.market platform and the Digiseller service. Payment and delivery happen on the platform side.
Payment Methods
The exact list of methods depends on the product and seller and is shown on the payment page:
- bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, MIR);
- e-wallets and payment services;
- P2P transfer (card-to-card), if available from the seller;
- cryptocurrency and other methods — depending on the seller.
How to Receive Your Product
- right after payment the product arrives automatically — on the order page and to the email you provided;
- depending on the type it is a key, activation code, account login/password or a subscription activation link;
- the seller’s contacts and platform support are available there too, if you need help with activation.
Where to Find Your Purchases
- purchases paid via Oplata.info (Digiseller) are available at oplata.info;
- on the order page you can re-open the delivered product and instructions;
- keep the order number and the confirmation email.
Refunds and Disputes
Refunds and disputes for digital goods are handled by the platform and the seller. Details are in the document:
