Digital Goods FAQ
Answers to frequently asked questions about buying digital goods in the “Digital Goods” section.
What are digital goods?
These are activation keys, licenses, subscriptions (e.g. AI services, music, video), in-game currency, gift cards and accounts. The product is delivered electronically — with no physical shipping.
Who is the seller and what is IVSOFTE’s role?
Products are sold by verified third-party sellers on the Digiseller and Plati.market platforms. IVSOFTE is an aggregator storefront: we collect offers and help you choose, while the transaction and payment happen between you and the seller on the platform.
How fast will the product arrive?
Usually instantly: right after payment, the key, code or account details appear on the order page and are sent to your email. Some products may have manual delivery — the time is stated in the listing.
Where do I find my purchase?
On the order page after payment and in the email. Purchases via Oplata.info (Digiseller) are also available at oplata.info. Keep your order number.
How do I check the region and platform?
The activation region and platform (Steam, Epic Games, PSN, Xbox, etc.) are stated on the product page. Always check them before buying — they determine whether the product will activate for you.
Can I return a digital product?
A digital product is generally non-refundable once delivered. If the product did not arrive or does not work, open a dispute on the order on the platform. The refund/replacement decision is made by the platform and the seller.
Is it safe to pay?
Payment goes through the Plati.market platform, which acts as a transaction guarantor. Never transfer money directly to a seller “outside the platform” — a deal outside the platform is not protected.
What should I do if the key does not work?
Contact the seller via the order chat and describe the issue. If there is no response, open a dispute and contact platform support. Keep your receipt and correspondence.
What payment methods are available?
Bank cards, e-wallets, P2P transfer and other methods — depending on the product and seller. The available options are shown on the payment page.
