Once Human has received another round of 3.0.2 bug fixes, dated July 29 by the development team. The list is short — four entries, all of them UI or Eternaland related. Nothing here rebalances weapons or changes how a raid plays out. What matters for anyone injecting third-party software, though, is not the list itself but the fact that the client was rebuilt again.
The fix list
- The mobile search bar no longer renders incorrectly.
- Missing label text on the smart filter option in the sharing interface has been restored.
- Farmed animals in Eternaland now load properly.
- Design layouts in Eternaland can be saved again.
The announcement also repeats the reporting flow: ESC into the support and feedback section on PC, or the headphones icon in the map menu on mobile. Worth noting, because a responsive report pipeline is exactly what produces these unscheduled builds — and every unscheduled build is another version number your loader has to match.
A four-line patch is still a new binary
There is a persistent habit of sorting updates into “big” and “irrelevant”. Memory-side, that distinction does not exist. Fixing a missing string or a save routine still means recompiling and shipping new executables, which is enough to move the addresses an external build depends on: player structures, entity lists, view matrices used for ESP. A hotfix titled “layouts can be saved again” can invalidate offsets just as thoroughly as a season launch.
Then there is the anti-cheat side. Those modules get pushed silently and essentially never appear in patch notes — no studio writes “we added a new integrity check” next to a UI fix. So the absence of anti-cheat lines in this announcement tells you nothing about whether detection changed. The only reliable signal is the current status of your specific build, published by whoever maintains it.
What this means for players using software
- Check before you inject. Confirm your build is marked compatible with the current Once Human version instead of launching out of muscle memory. We keep per-build software statuses updated, including builds temporarily pulled offline.
- A “updating” status means wait, not try anyway. Running a stale build against a fresh client typically ends in a crash, garbage values instead of coordinates, or a tripped memory check. None of that is worth skipping a few hours of patience.
- Keep the first post-patch session short. Log in, verify that the overlay reads positions correctly, log out. If ESP boxes float away from actual objects, offsets did not carry over and the session is not safe to continue.
- Have a spoofer ready. If the account has prior ban history, or you are returning on the same machine as before, rotating HWID first keeps the new session from being trivially linked to the old one. It is cheap insurance, not a substitute for playing carefully.
- Match the branch. PC and mobile Once Human share one changelog but not one software ecosystem. Make sure the build you download targets your platform — what we currently support is listed on the Once Human page.
One more practical note. Two of the four fixes touch Eternaland, meaning the developers were working in the personal-zone code. If your software includes anything that reads or renders placed objects and structures, that is the area most likely to misbehave first after this hotfix — test it there before assuming everything carried over.
