Privacy Policy
1. General Principles and Data Minimization
1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is drafted in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (as amended effective 1 July 2025) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1.2. IVSOFTE.BIZ is a static catalogue/showcase website. It has no registration, no user accounts, and no forms that collect personal data, and is built on a data-minimization principle: the Operator strives not to collect or store Users’ personal data.
1.3. No personal data is required or requested for regular page browsing.
1.4. By using the Website, the User consents to the terms of this Policy. If the User disagrees, they should discontinue using the Website.
2. Data Localization and 152-FZ Compliance
2.1. The Operator does not collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, update, or extract Users’ personal data using any databases (personal-data information systems).
2.2. Because the Operator maintains no database containing Users’ personal data, the requirement to store the personal data of Russian citizens in databases located within the Russian Federation (Art. 18(5) of Law No. 152-FZ, in force since 1 July 2025) creates no localization obligation for this Website — no such database exists, whether inside or outside Russia.
2.3. The Website performs no primary collection or storage of Russian citizens’ personal data and therefore places no such data into databases located outside the Russian Federation.
3. What Information May Be Processed
3.1. Technical web-server data. When a browser requests the Website, the web server may transiently record, in service logs, the IP address, user-agent, date/time of the request, and referrer, solely for security and abuse prevention. These logs are used in an anonymized manner, are not aggregated by the Operator into a personal-data database, are not used to identify individuals, and are periodically overwritten.
3.2. Voluntary contact. If the User contacts support, they do so through third-party services (email, Telegram, Discord, VK). Those services act as the operators of such data; the Operator merely reads the message within the respective service and does not transfer it into any database of its own. The User decides what information to share (e.g., a problem description, logs, screenshots).
3.3. The Operator does not request full name, passport/ID data, home address, phone number, biometric, or special categories of personal data.
4. Payments
4.1. Payments are processed on third-party platforms and providers (Digiseller / Plati.market / oplata.info, etc.).
4.2. The Operator does not receive, process, or store bank card data or other payment details; these are handled by the payment provider under its own policy. Order data (including any email the User provided to the platform) is stored within that platform’s infrastructure as the operator of such data; the Operator keeps no order database of its own.
5. Third-Party Services and Affiliate Links
5.1. In the “Digital Goods” section, product cards contain affiliate links. By following them, the User voluntarily leaves IVSOFTE.BIZ and arrives at third-party resources (Plati.market / oplata.info / Digiseller), whose data processing is governed by their own privacy policies. The Operator does not pass the User’s personal data to those platforms.
6. Cookies and Analytics
6.1. The Website uses technical cookies necessary for its operation (language and theme choice, cookie-consent choice). See more in the Cookie Policy.
6.2. Yandex.Metrica collects anonymized traffic statistics. Its operator is Yandex LLC, which processes and stores this data on servers located within the Russian Federation; the Website Operator is not passed Users’ personal data in the process.
6.3. Google Analytics and the support chat load only after the User’s explicit consent via the cookie banner and operate on anonymized data.
7. Data Transfer
7.1. The Operator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing or other commercial purposes.
7.2. Data may be disclosed solely upon a lawful request by authorized authorities as provided by law.
8. Security and Retention
8.1. The Operator applies reasonable organizational and technical safeguards: connection encryption (HTTPS), access restriction, logging, and monitoring to prevent abuse.
8.2. As the Operator maintains no personal-data database, information is not kept longer than technically necessary to operate the Website and ensure security. Voluntary correspondence remains within the relevant third-party service and may be deleted by the User.

9. Age Restrictions
9.1. The Website is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. The Operator does not knowingly collect personal data of minors. If such data has been provided, it will be deleted upon request.
10. Your Rights
10.1. The User has the right to: request information about the processing of their personal data; request its correction, blocking, or deletion; object to processing and request its restriction; and withdraw consent.
10.2. To exercise these rights, send a request to ivsofte@gmail.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before responding.
10.3. The User may lodge a complaint with Roskomnadzor (the Russian data-protection authority) or a court. Users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
11. Changes and Contacts
11.1. The Operator may amend this Policy; the new version takes effect from the moment of its publication on the Website.
