Digital Goods Refunds (Marketplace)
This document concerns only partner digital goods from the “Digital Goods” section. Refunds for the Operator’s own services and software (the “Cheats” section) are governed by the Refund Policy.
1. Who Decides on a Refund
1.1. For partner digital goods, the Buyer pays for the order directly to third-party sellers through the Plati.market platform and the Digiseller service. Therefore, refunds, recalculations, and dispute resolution are handled by the platform and the seller under Plati.market’s rules, not by IVSOFTE.BIZ.
1.2. IVSOFTE.BIZ does not accept payment for such goods and, consequently, cannot technically or legally issue refunds for them.
2. Nature of Digital Goods
2.1. A digital product (key, activation code, account, digital content) by its nature is generally non-refundable once it has been delivered/disclosed to the Buyer, unless otherwise provided by the platform’s rules, the specific seller’s terms, or mandatory rules of applicable law.
2.2. The refund terms of a specific product are stated by the seller on the product page on the platform and take precedence.
3. What to Do If There Is a Problem
- open a dispute on the order in your account on the Plati.market / Digiseller side;
- contact the seller directly via the order chat;
- if there is no response, contact platform support: plati.market (e.g., support@plati.market);
- keep the order number, payment receipt, and correspondence.
4. IVSOFTE’s Role
4.1. Upon request, we may help identify which seller/platform a product belongs to and help you navigate the procedure. This is informational assistance and does not constitute an assumption of the seller’s obligations or a guarantee of outcome.
4.2. The final refund decision is made by the platform and/or the seller.
