DayZ 2026: Doza vs Avalanche vs Medusa — which cheat to choose

Three fresh internal cheats for DayZ in June 2026: Doza, Avalanche and Medusa. We compare ESP, aimbot, stream protection and price — and suggest which suits which survival style.

Contents

DayZ is a game where a single encounter with an armed survivor can undo an hour of looting. That’s why people buy cheats here not to “frag out” but for information: knowing who’s hiding behind a tree, where the loot is, and whether someone is creeping up behind you. In June 2026 two fresh tools landed in the catalog — Doza and Avalanche — and they’re crowding the time-tested Medusa. Let’s break the three down: what’s inside, how they differ, and who each is for.

Short verdict

  • Doza — the newest and cheapest entry. Full ESP on players and zombies, aimbot with FOV tuning, World ESP on loot with color coding. Requires virtualization to be enabled.
  • Avalanche — the streamer’s pick: visuals are invisible on screenshots and screen recordings. Loot ESP with a quality filter and 20+ categories, a separate radar, custom crosshair.
  • Medusa — the veteran with a loyal audience and the widest menu: player list, death locations, fine loot filtering. Pricier, but more mature.

What’s inside each

Doza

The youngest of the three (released June 2026), but it arrived with a complete kit. ESP on players and zombies — boxes, skeleton, health, name, distance, the item currently held. An aimbot with an adjustable FOV circle and target selection: zombies only, players only, or everyone. World ESP on loot covers weapons, ammo, magazines, optics, meds, food, vehicles, containers and clothing — each type in its own color, plus City ESP for map orientation. Misc includes Remove Grass and Always Day.

Its main quirk is the virtualization requirement: launching needs Hyper-V enabled, Secure Boot off and a GPT-formatted disk. That’s not a whim but part of the protection scheme — but if your hardware or OS isn’t ready for it, check the requirements on the product card first.

Avalanche

Also fresh (June 2026) and built around one thing the others don’t offer as clearly — stream protection. The visuals don’t show up in OBS, Discord streams or screen recordings, so you can stream or record demos without exposing yourself. Feature-wise it’s a full kit: ESP on players, zombies, vehicles, animals and corpses; detailed loot ESP with a quality filter and 20+ item categories; a precise aimbot with adjustable FOV; a separate radar and a custom crosshair. The menu is in Russian and English (toggle on F2), and configs save. Requires a spoofer.

Medusa

A veteran of the scene with an audience that keeps renewing keys — the best sign of stability. The widest menu of the three: aimbot, visuals split across tabs (players, zombies, world, corpses), loot with a detailed filter, plus handy extras — a server player list and death locations (you can see where someone died — useful for going back for the loot). Translated into Russian, English and Chinese. Requires a spoofer and supports streaming bypass.

Who each is for

  • Minimal budget, want full ESP+aimbot, hardware allows virtualization → Doza.
  • You stream or record gameplay and can’t expose the overlay → Avalanche.
  • You want maturity, a player list and fine tuning, and will pay more → Medusa.
  • You want three aim methods including Magic Bullet, and play on modded servers → look at Authority (Silent aim leaves no logs).

What to know

Spoofer and BattlEye. DayZ runs on BattlEye, and bans land on hardware. None of these cheats replaces an HWID spoofer — for a main account, get one separately. Medusa and Avalanche list a spoofer in their requirements explicitly.

Doza’s virtualization. It’s the only one of the three that needs BIOS/OS changes (Hyper-V, Secure Boot, GPT). If you’d rather not touch that, Avalanche or Medusa launch more simply.

Radar on a second screen. If you play in a squad and want a radar on your phone or second monitor, there’s a separate Web Radar for DayZ: zero overlay on the gaming PC, maximum safety.

Bottom line

Doza is cheap and capable, but with a virtualization requirement. Avalanche is for streamers who value an invisible overlay. Medusa is the mature veteran with the richest menu. All three cover the ESP + aimbot + loot base; the difference is price, recording protection and system requirements. The full catalog of DayZ cheats is on the DayZ game page.
