Important: run from a USB stick. After the loader UI closes, eject the flash drive before starting Apex to avoid EAC issues. Exit Steam from the tray before runs.

Loading

  1. Download the loader to the flash drive. Exit Steam from the tray.
  2. Run loader from USB; when loading finishes and the window closes — remove the flash drive before launching Apex.
  3. Press Start; agree to reboot if system prep is complete.
  4. After reboot run loader again (steps 1–2), Start, wait for prompts, then F5 in main menu; eject USB when the message box says so.

AMD/Intel: Action! FPS counter, then OBS from supplier link, capture r5apex_dx12.exe, windowed mode, Rivatuner as in supplier screenshots. Press F5 in menu; fix window mode if asked.

System preparation

Virtualization, Hyper-V, GPT, UEFI, Secure Boot — same as PUBG section. Loader Configs tab should show green checks.
