Technical Support — Common Problem Solutions
Here are solutions to the most common problems that occur when installing and launching software. Follow the instructions in order.
Disabling Windows Defender
How to do it:
- Open Windows search
- Type "Virus & threat protection"
- Disable protection in settings
If you have an antivirus installed, you will not be able to disable Windows Defender.
We recommend using a program to automatically disable Defender so it does not turn back on after rebooting.
Disabling Core Isolation
How to do it:
- Type "Core Isolation" in Windows search
- Open Core Isolation settings
- Disable Core Isolation and all protection features in this tab
Removing Interfering Programs
Important: If you have antiviruses, Faceit, Vanguard, or Valorant installed — you must remove them.
These programs will definitely interfere with the correct operation of our software.
Disabling Windows Firewall
How to do it:
- Open Control Panel
- Go to "Windows Defender Firewall"
- Disable the firewall

Disabling Smart Screen
How to do it:
- Type "Smart Screen" or "Reputation-based protection" in Windows search
- Open Smart Screen settings
- Disable protection features as shown in instructions
Checking Operating System Version
How to do it:
- Type "winver" in Windows search or Run command
- Press Enter

Installing Required Components (Runtimes)
Most applications require a set of standard components to work correctly.
The easiest and fastest way to install them is to download and run All in One Runtimes.
The program is safe — we have been using it for many years.
Display Scale Settings
If you notice that interface elements are displayed incorrectly or shifted, check the display scale settings:
Display Settings → Scale and Layout
Make sure the scale is set to 100%. If not — set it to 100%.
After that, restart the program and game.
Installing Drivers
To automatically install all drivers, use Driver Booster.
You can find information about the program online.
Automatic Disabling of Protection Services (Advanced Method)
How to do it:
- Download the program
- Open it
- In the command prompt that opens, type Y and press Enter
A program that will automatically disable standard protection services in the system.
Important: Before using, you MUST create a system restore point!
The program cannot remove interfering programs, but will disable standard protection services.
After using this program, system protection services will be removed, and it will be extremely difficult to re-enable them. Use this method only when nothing else helps and you have manually disabled everything beforehand.
