The website owner/administrator (hereinafter — "Operator") provides remote services for the installation, launch, configuration of software, and technical support.
Site Sections and Roles
The Website consists of two key sections with different legal models:
- “Cheats” — the Operator’s own services and software. Here the Operator acts as the provider of services under the Terms of Service.
- “Digital Goods” — an aggregator showcase of partner offers from third-party sellers. Here the Operator is not the seller; the Digital Goods Terms apply.
Public Offer
The placement of the Operator’s service information on the Website constitutes a public offer. Acceptance of the offer is effected by making a payment. The terms of the offer are set forth in the Terms of Service.
Payments
Payments for the Operator’s own services are accepted through third-party payment services; the Operator does not store bank card data.
For partner digital goods, payment acceptance, delivery of goods, and settlements with sellers are handled by the Plati.market trading platform (platform operator — Fincom Teh Ltd) and the Digiseller service under their rules. The IVSOFTE.BIZ Operator does not accept these payments and is not a party to such transactions.
