This Policy concerns the Operator’s own services and software (the “Cheats” section). For partner digital goods of third-party sellers (the “Digital Goods” section), refunds and disputes are governed by a separate document and the rules of the Plati.market platform, not by the Operator.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Remote services are provided through the Website (consultations, installation, launch, configuration, technical support).
1.2. The User understands that the result of services may depend on device configuration, OS settings, network conditions, and changes by third-party services/programs.
1.3. Any features, as well as all software, may stop working at any time.
2. When a Refund Is Not Provided
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- The software or its features stopped working (functionality may change at any time for reasons beyond the Operator's control).
- Restrictions, sanctions, or blocks imposed by third-party services/platforms — no refund.
- The user's system specifications do not match the description on the website (OS version, components, drivers).
- The user purchased the wrong product.
- The software has suspended its operation for any reason, for a definite or indefinite period.
- The user refused to provide remote access for diagnostics and problem resolution.
- Signs of abuse, fraud, or unauthorized interference are detected.
3. Compensation
Compensation may be provided exclusively in cases where the Administration deems it necessary. Compensation decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
4. Remote Access
In case of problems, we assist customers via remote access. If the user refuses to provide remote access for diagnostics — no refund will be issued.
