If the purchased software doesn't launch or throws errors — don't panic. In 95% of cases the issue is resolved by disabling Windows security services. Follow the instructions below step by step.

Step 1: Check your Windows version

Make sure your operating system meets the software requirements.

  1. Press Win + R or open Windows Search.
  2. Type the command: winver
  3. Press Enter — a window will show your OS version.
⚠ Important: Most programs only work on Windows 10/11. If you have an outdated version — update your system.

Step 2: Uninstall your antivirus

Built-in or third-party antivirus software blocks program launches. Simply disabling it is not enough — it continues running in the background. You need to completely uninstall it.

  1. Open Control Panel → Programs and Features.
  2. Find your antivirus (Kaspersky, Avast, ESET, Dr.Web, Norton, McAfee, etc.).
  3. Click Uninstall.
  4. Restart your computer after uninstalling.

Step 3: Uninstall anti-cheats and conflicting software

Some programs conflict with the software at the driver level. They must be completely removed.

Must uninstall:

  • Faceit (and Faceit Anti-Cheat)
  • Valorant / Riot Vanguard
  • ESEA Client
  • Any other game anti-cheats
  1. Open Control Panel → Programs and Features.
  2. Find and uninstall the listed programs.
  3. Restart your computer.

Step 4: Disable Virus & Threat Protection

  1. Open Windows Settings (Win + I).
  2. Go to Privacy & Security → Windows Security → Virus & Threat Protection.
  3. Click Manage settings.
  4. Turn off all toggles:
    • Real-time protection
    • Cloud-delivered protection
    • Automatic sample submission
    • Tamper Protection — disable this first, otherwise other settings may turn back on.

Step 5: Disable Windows Firewall

  1. In Windows Search, type: Firewall.
  2. Open Windows Defender Firewall.
  3. On the left, click Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off.
  4. Select Turn off for both private and public networks.

Step 6: Disable SmartScreen

  1. In Windows Search, type: Smart Screen
  2. Open App & browser control.
  3. Click Reputation-based protection settings.
  4. Turn off all toggles.

Step 7: Disable Core Isolation

  1. In Windows Search, type: Core isolation.
  2. Open the found setting.
  3. Turn off Memory integrity and all other options inside this tab.
  4. Restart your computer — the change will apply after reboot.

Step 8: Run as Administrator

Always run the software as Administrator. To do this:

  1. Right-click the program file.
  2. Select Run as administrator.

Step 9: Add folder to antivirus exclusions

If you don't want to completely remove Windows Defender, add the program folder to exclusions:

  1. Open Windows Security → Virus & Threat Protection.
  2. Click Manage settings.
  3. Scroll down to Exclusions and click Add or remove exclusions.
  4. Add the folder where you downloaded the software.

Nothing helped?

If you've followed all steps but the software still doesn't work — contact the administrator. They will help you figure it out.
